Below is an example of how our dedicated team worked with a client to help turn their 50th celebration plans into reality and make it a birthday to remember, all while keeping it a secret!

Our team were recently contacted by a lovely individual who was looking to celebrate and mark her husband’s 50thbirthday by making the day one he would never forget.  

Following a brief conversation our team gathered all the details we needed in order to proceed. We knew that they were planning on celebrating his birthday away from home, in a beautiful but unfamiliar location where she didn’t know any suppliers/tradespeople to help her bring her vision to life. 

We managed to source a wonderful local cake maker at short notice who created a delicious birthday cake in the shape of the number 50. The cakes theme was based on golf, which was perfect for our customer, a keen golfer. 

We also sourced a fantastic balloon decorating events company who we worked closely with to ensure balloons and decorations featured throughout each venue. The company decorated the location where the couple were staying along with the restaurant they were dining in that evening.

To top off the evening we managed to liaise with silent disco supplier who set up a wonderful evening playing a host of their favourite songs. 

In true OC style, we sent across a detailed itinerary of all the arrival and collection times of each supplier. Instead of the hassle of paying several different suppliers, we condensed this into a one-off payment to Otium Concierge and we handled the direct payments to each supplier from there. 

On the day itself we kept regular contact providing updates of the arrival times and also followed up post event to ensure that all went smoothly and that the surprise went down well - we can report it did!
